Each new product spends from 6 months to 1 year under research and development department. - General Information : GS-21W is an Acrylic Emulsion Penetrate PROTAN is an Acrylic Emulsion Penetrate Primer designed to apply on loose substrates, chalking surface, sanded surface where require primer to make such surfaces become solid for a good lasting top-coat paint application.
